McMaster's Master of Health Management (MHM) program is for you. 

Core competencies for the Masters of Health Management Program:

  • Awareness of the Political and Health care Environments
  • Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management
  • Financial Management
  • Research Awareness
  • Leadership

The attributes of the Masters of Health Management through the DeGroote School of Business and the School of Rehabilitation Science:

  • Part-time program for health professionals
  • Offered primarily via online delivery with two short on-site (at McMaster) residency periods (of 3 days each)
  • Completion within 32 months
  • Local students have the option to attend a more traditional on-site course to fulfill elective requirement 
  • Opportunity to earn the Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation while working on your Master degree
