Profile
Kirsti Reinikka is a physiotherapist with graduate education in Public Health. She works clinically at St. Joseph 's Care Group in Thunder Bay in the never-dull position of Float Physiotherapist (generalist practice). She is a Research Affiliate with the Northwestern Ontario Regional Stroke Network – Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the School of Rehabilitation Science and coordinates the Clinical Lab course for Unit V (Community Health/ Community Practice) in the Northern Studies Stream.
Her research interests are primarily focussed on the design, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programmes for people living with chronic conditions.
Fun Fact
Camp is Northwestern Ontario 's version of the cottage. As it is only 20 minutes from Thunder Bay , this is where you'll find Kirsti whenever possible (all year ‘round).
