Nicole is the research assistant with the Enhancing Collaborative Decision-Making and Team Reflection in Health Professional Students project led by Dr. Patty Solomon . As research assistant, she coordinates with Patty, project manager Susie King, and the community partners to ensure the timely implementation and evaluation of various interprofessional events. She has also learned to appreciate the addition of “other duties as required” in her job description, particularly when working with a professional video company to create educational videos for the project.
