McMaster University MSc (PT) Program prepares students to be caring and reflective practitioners who are clinical scholars with the ability to provide client-centered, effective and efficient health care, to critically evaluate the scientific basis of practice, to adapt to and initiate change, to collaborate within interprofessional teams, and to become life long learners.

The Clinical Education component of the curriculum provides opportunity to apply knowledge and skills students have learned in the academic setting.  Students are supervised by licensed physiotherapists, who are referred to as clinical instructors during placements.  Our clinical instructors help educate the students by sharing their professional and clinical expertise.
